I help you to explore what the story has come to mean. What you have learnt and come to believe about yourself, others, risk, success, conflict, confidence or belonging 

I help you to identify what you may want to practice next. This might be a new conversation, a different response, a clearer boundary, a more compassionate self understanding or a new way of taking up your role in your own life.
