I’m Tapiwa Moyo, a coach, facilitator, and former Director of Care and Support with more than twenty years’ experience helping people navigate complexity, change, and growth.
I hold a Level 5 Coaching Professional qualification, an MSc in Health and Social Care Management, and a BA (Hons) in Marketing, Media and Communication, but most of my learning has come from thousands of conversations with people trying to make sense of difficult situations, important decisions, and new chapters in their lives. Throughout my career I have worked alongside autistic and otherwise neurodivergent people, people with learning disabilities, people experiencing mental health challenges, their families, and the professionals who support them. Those experiences have profoundly shaped my understanding of resilience, identity, human potential, and the importance of being genuinely heard.
My mission is simple: to create spaces where people can think clearly, explore what matters most, and move towards lives and work that feel more aligned with who they are becoming.
I believe people are often more capable than they realise. Sometimes what they need is not advice or instruction, but the opportunity to step back, see their situation differently, and reconnect with their own strengths, values, and possibilities.
Outside of coaching, I am a lifelong learner, storyteller and listener, grandfather, observer of people and tree photographer. I am continually fascinated by the stories we tell ourselves, the meanings we attach to our experiences, and the small moments that often become turning points in our lives. Whether I am listening to a client, sharing a coffee with a friend, writing a story, or admiring an ancient oak tree, I am reminded that growth rarely happens through dramatic breakthroughs alone. More often, it emerges through curiosity, reflection, and a series of small but meaningful steps.
Coaching is not about fixing people. It is about helping people become more fully themselves.
